本サービスは18歳以上を対象とし、不適切なコンテンツや迷惑行為を一切容認しません。
1. 規約への同意と対象年齢
本規約は、fujilog（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することで、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。グループまたは全員に投稿する際は、アプリ内でも本規約への同意が必要です。
本サービスは18歳以上を対象としています。
2. サービスについて
本サービスは、音楽フェスでの歩数、歩行軌跡、投稿、保存したピンを記録し、選択した範囲で他の利用者と共有するためのアプリです。特定のイベント主催者・出演者とは関係ありません。
地図、現在地、メンバーの位置、天気および会場情報は正確でない場合があります。周囲の状況と現地の案内を優先し、安全に注意して利用してください。
3. アカウントと投稿内容
利用者は、自分の端末、メールアドレスおよび認証情報を適切に管理してください。他者になりすます行為や、他者のアカウントを無断で利用する行為は禁止します。
利用者は投稿内容に必要な権利を持ち、第三者の権利を侵害しないことを保証するものとします。投稿内容の権利は投稿者に帰属し、本サービスは選択された公開範囲で保存、送信、表示するために必要な範囲で利用します。
4. ゼロ容認方針と禁止事項
本サービスは、不適切なコンテンツや迷惑行為を一切容認しません。
- 差別、嫌がらせ、脅迫、いじめ、ストーカー行為
- 性的、暴力的、違法または危険な内容
- 自傷行為、犯罪または危険行為を助長する内容
- スパム、なりすまし、詐欺、無断広告
- 著作権、商標権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する内容
- 他者の個人情報や位置情報を本人の同意なく公開または悪用する行為
- 本サービスの運営、安全性または他の利用者の利用を妨げる行為
5. フィルタリング、通報、ブロック
- 共有投稿は送信時に禁止ワードを確認します。
- 不適切な投稿は投稿詳細から通報できます。通報した投稿は直ちに通報者の画面から非表示になります。
- 投稿者をブロックすると、その利用者の投稿、共有ピン、共有位置が表示されなくなります。設定画面から解除できます。
6. 運営による対応
運営は通報を24時間以内に確認し、本規約に違反するコンテンツを削除します。違反した利用者は利用停止とし、重大または反復する違反にはアカウントの停止・削除を含む厳格な対応を行います。

7. サービスの変更・停止
通信障害、保守、災害その他の事情により、本サービスの全部または一部を変更または停止する場合があります。端末への保存やサーバーとの同期が常に完了することを保証するものではありません。
8. 利用停止とアカウント削除
利用者はアプリ内の設定から登録アカウントを削除できます。運営は、本規約への違反、安全上の必要、法令上の要請がある場合、投稿の削除または利用停止を行うことがあります。
9. 規約の変更とお問い合わせ
本規約は必要に応じて改定されます。重要な変更は本アプリまたは本ページで案内します。

The Service is intended for users age 18 and older and has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
1. Agreement and Age Requirement
These Terms govern your use of fujilog (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The app also requires explicit acceptance before you post to a group or everyone.
2. About the Service
The Service lets users record steps, walking routes, posts, and saved pins at music festivals and share them with an audience they select. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any event organizer or performer. Maps and location information may be inaccurate; pay attention to your surroundings and follow on-site guidance.
3. Accounts and Your Content
You are responsible for safeguarding your device and authentication information. Impersonation and unauthorized account access are prohibited. You represent that you have all required rights to your content. You retain ownership and grant the Service only the rights needed to store, transmit, and display it to your selected audience.
4. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Discrimination, harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, sexual or violent content, illegal or dangerous content, self-harm encouragement, spam, impersonation, fraud, rights infringement, and misuse of another person's personal or location information are prohibited.
5. Filtering, Reporting, and Blocking
- Shared posts are checked for prohibited terms when submitted.
- You can report inappropriate posts. A reported post is immediately hidden from your view.
- Blocking an author hides that user's posts, shared pins, and shared location. You can unblock users in Settings.
6. Moderation
The operator reviews reports within 24 hours and removes content that violates these Terms. Violating users will be suspended. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or deletion.
7. Availability, Suspension, and Deletion
The Service may change or be suspended due to maintenance, network failures, disasters, or other circumstances. Registered users can delete their account in the app. The operator may remove content or suspend access to enforce these Terms, protect safety, or comply with law.
